A general anti aging supplement routine I have made
Young (1-50)
Daily dosings
-Exercise (increasing need with Age, it increases ROS which destroy AGE's)
-Resveratrol ( to increase SOD to decrease formation of AGE's or super AGE's)
-C60(maybe take this, and if you do, occasionally. c60 is an extremely potent teratogen)
-Anything to increase dopamine/PEA (Dopamine and PEA react with peroxidases to increase the ROS which break AGE's)
-Asprin(low dose inhibits lipid peroxidation and gets rid of AGE's)
-Carnosine( AGE breaker, very potent because of its specific uptake by cells(looks like an amino acid), little expensive but good all around)
-Melatonin (it seems like a complete antioxidant, devoid of AGE breaking ability, however it is good preventative medicine.)
-Astaxanthin( the sun's rays will fry you literally, decrease the up regulation of Nf-Kb associated with several chronic disorders)
-zinc(important, to many people miss this)
-Acetyl cholinesterase inhibitors( the defining reason why humans live longer is our high Acetyl choline, it dissolves AGE's like brain plaques, cytokines)
-Sugar alcohol to kill unwanted bacteria including nano bacteria, which cause immflamation
-Inositol (to decrease iron absorption)
Older (50-100)
every other day
-exercise as much as you physically can(increase ROS to destroy super AGE's)
-take Asprin, Carnosine, ACHEI's, Dopamine boasters, C60(maybe), and Astaxanthin when you exercise in order to inhibit lipid peroxidation/ inflammation , and help clear out AGE's that are in the body.
-Take Erythritol or a sugar alcohol to kill nano unhealthy bacteria, which is associated with heart problems/ mental issues.
Take preventative supplements the day after you exercise, to inhibit formation of new AGE's
list includes:
Resveratrol (high dose for maximum absorption)
melatonin
C60(maybe, reasons stated above)

Cannabis, it increases extracellular concentration of PEA, however do not smoke it, vape it. Make sure its good quality, fungis is known to grow on nugs.

Appreciating the things you do everyday is what you cannot do when you are stressed out. This is why stressed people live shorter, you have less neurotransmitters like dopamine and acetyl choline, and have more hormonal activity going on.
To extend the lives of Young and Old people, I recommend becoming good at something, or at least appreciating the things you do, the latter is not as good as actually becoming good at something.
-additional information
Breathing more oxidizes iron from Fe(2) to Fe(3) which decreases oxidative damage to cells. Increased ROS but less oxidative damage decreases AGE accumulation and helps destroy AGEs. This is partially why exercise is good, make sure you breath with better control/breathing as much as you can, it will help significantly.
Don't take vitamine supplements, they are a waste unless you have a chronic deficiency caused by genetic reasons.
Decrease environmental toxins like AFLA toxin(peanuts, unwashed cloths, dirt, dust, old food) and excess Flouride(its unavoidable in this country for some reason)
they will decrease the number of toxic events to cells, thus leading to less genetic up regulation of SOD.
Avoid excess sun (it up regulates Nf-Kb, causes mild glycation and protein changes)
Lower your intake of Iron, and supplement with Zinc, partially to prevent uptake of heavy metals and because zinc is an important mineral.
Olive oil that is high in phenols is good for the skin
healthy diet, includes vegetables.
CR is important.
Low dose naltrexone may starve cells of endorphins, which be a form of CR we have not yet identified. Its apparently pretty good, if you can put up with the non heroin addicts version of withdraw.
donate blood, it decreases the amount of iron in your body.(Fenton reaction)
lower you intake of oxidized fats, they are carcinogenic to DNA, = toxic effect to cells.
Uridine, TMG, glycine, C60 = mildly depressing agents, however this is a "good" sign of mitochondrial health, because increased NMDA receptor opening times.
