Here is my current stack. Focusing mostly on things that will provide long term benefits as well as short term.

CILPET
20mg forskolin split into 3 doses
50mg luteolin split into 3 doses

ALCAR: 2 grams in the morning
Benefits: increases aCh, neurogenesis
Side effects for me: slightly stimulating

Noopept: 40mg 2-3 times a day

Pramiracetam: 200mg split into 3 doses
Side effects: Slight mania during the first few days.

Ashwagandha 7%: 1500mg at night.
Benefits: Stimulates NGF, reduces stress

Fish Oil: 4g morning of concentrate yielding 3g of omega 3's
Benefits: Mood, neurogenesis, cardiovascular health
Side effects: None

Pterostilbene: 20mg four times a day.
I'm getting a noticable effect from this. Better mood and increased confidence. This is totally unexpected: I thought it would be more of a long term noot that you wouldn't notice immediately.

Other supplements:
Multi
Vitamin D 4000iu
vitamin K2 mk7 100mcg
Pom40p pomegranate extract
Lots of very strong green tea

Things I would like to try:
Uridine

Things I tried and no longer take (partial list):
Negative effects: Sarcosine, d-serine, piracetam, lithium orotate, Ani (especially combined with CILPET)
Not effect enough, probably won't take : PS serine, oxi
Maybe effective, but no longer taking (maybe add back in later?): ginkgo, brewer's yeast, Alpha GPC, CDP choline
Effective but too scary: DMAA, sulbutiamine

I decided the noopept dose was too high (even though I felt the effects the best at that dosage). I've dropped it to 25mg twice a day

How much do you guys weigh? I think it's kind of interesting so many people post about their dosages but very few mention weight. The way I understand it, it seems important to how large a dose you should take.

I'm going to stop taking Pram for now and alternate it for when I"m taking my month long break from Noopept.

Any suggestions on what addition(s) would synergize well with this stack? Can anyone second that sublingual uridine would be the next thing to try?

Does the ashwa make you feel sedated at all? It made me tired and foggy, but thinking of starting on a lower dose at night.

Lions Maine also made me tired and foggy.

Oh yes, the Ash makes me feel sedated which is why I take it at night. The effects do lessen over time.

Yeah I heard it does lessen over time. From an auverdic perspective, the sedation is due to an unbalanced nervous system. As things come into balance, the sedation lifts. From a more 'western' perspective, I 'think' it's strong initial effects on GABA begin to lessen. The research on it building neural networks is enough for me to keep experimenting.

And if you take it at night, the effects wear off by morning (unlike say Bacopa).

Hmm, I don't seem to get sedated from Bacopa. I take it with Piracetam and it seems to energize me, provided I had a good night's rest before hand, otherwise I get tired from the lack of sleep. Does 20 mg of Forskolin mean that it is extracted Forskolin (eg. 100 mg standardized to 20%)? I have the same question about Luteolin and where do you buy your Ciltep stack from?

I imagine you are already exercising, but I would cardio and meditation to the list.

And possibly a daily spoonful of 4:1 ratio turmeric with black pepper mixed in olive oil. this is a surprisingly cheap spice with numerous health benefits that is available at pretty much every ethnic grocery

it wouldn't hurt to throw in some magnesium either

How much black pepper would you take? I currently take 500mg 95 Curcumin. I do feel the effects at this dosage but I'm sensitive. The LEF enhanced absorption stuff made me over stimulated.

Ashwagadha made me feel tired the next day when dosing before bed. I'm going to start on 200mg at night.

Couldnt say exactly, but I remember reading around 1/4 or 1/5 tbsp pepper for 1 tbsp turmeric would enhance the bioavailability significantly. I can't say I have ever felt any acute effects from turmeric though, other than staining my hands and clothes

I did recently start taking magnesium but forgot to put it on my list.

Good idea with the turmeric and black pepper.

Could you elaborate more on your negative experience with lithium orotate?

what is too scary about DMAA and sulbutiamine?

I just bought 25g of UMP. Planning on taking 100mg sublingually twice a day.

It seems to constrict blood vessels (noticeably for a male if you know what I mean). It also has some safety concerns.

In January 2013, a coroner ruled that DMAA was a contributory factor in the death of a 30-year old woman who collapsed and died during the final stretch of the 2012 London Marathon.[44]

sulbutiamine (and all thiamines) have the potential to accelerate cancer growth.

Lithium would give me brain fog the next day.

Can you tell a little bit more about your timing between dosages? Especially noopept and pramiracetam? And do you take noopept 40mg a day or 40mg 2x3 (80 en 120mg) per day?

Thanks :)
