NMDA antagonism (in regards to Neurofeedback, LTP, and personal transformation)

I am interested in retrying neurofeedback but, if the brain is under NMDA antagonism (through chronic magnesium, 1x/day zinc, agmatine, cat's claw... to keep addictions and associations at bay, to be more in the moment), but as this article mentions, would this halt "personal transformation"? I'd think that NMDA antagonism itself would warrant transformation... or probably more of a defense towards NEGATIVE change (addiction, etc).

Also, would my NMDA antagonism stack make it harder to 'connect to others?' It is already somewhat hard, but it's even harder with the anxiety I get without taking them.

Lastly, I am trying the CILTEP stack... would NMDA antagonism, as per this page in the book, decrease LTP in certain parts of the brain? I DO feel like learning new things is difficult, since I often feels dissociated.

Sorry for the messy post, but, does anyone have any input, suggestions, or experience? Thank you!

NMDA antagonism may slow down whatever learning process you're working on, but it certainly won't stop it. If you had the NMDA neurons turned all the way off, you would be unconscious. So you only have them partly turned off, and that's fine. It's not the ideal environment for rapid learning, but it will have to do -- if you're recording any memories at all, such as what you've done over the past few weeks, then you can form memories of whatever biofeedback you're learning too.

If you frequently feel dissociated, that could be due to the NMDA antagonism, and it could also be due to the anxiety you mentioned experiencing. Anxiety, especially long-term, chronic anxiety, tends to cause dissociative experiences. Correct the anxiety, and the dissociated feelings might go away permanently.
