Im resistant to ap's for stim induced psyhcosis or withdrawal induced, only gabaergics help me, i beleive clozapine might be helpfull for me, also because its a gabab agonist and it works very well for ppl that are treatment resistant to other ap's.

Id only use it occasionally but still like to give it a try, getting it prescribed might be tricky as regular bloodtests need to be taken but perhaps if i say for ocasional use, also id like tosee how it compares to baclofen and phenibut.

Something like this might be good to have around either way, also glutaminergics impair it so im curious how it would affect me.

Yeah, I recommend you don't take Clozapine. Not at all, in the research it's used as a last-agent anti-psychotic. If you have to consider the use of anti-psychotics, try and consider a proper compound and dosage amount, and use only when required. I was reading your thread and tried to consider your personal use of related drugs. I have been on Clozapine, and actually had a permanent dyskenetic reaction after just 1 dose.

I was actually diagnosed with tardive dyskenesia, it wasn't the dystonic reaction that will subside after acute medication intervention and discontinuation.

tried it because a shrink insisted the whole negative symptoms thing.  well i believed him cause of phenibut and gaba-b, but never again dude.  it feels like cough syrup without the edge, almost as abysmal as risperidone.  not to mention it wrecks your immune system.  that was the one time i was sick longer than my co-workers lol.  as mentioned, the dyskinesia.  and it's not really somethign to take "occasionally", for that i would stick to phenibut.  ginkgo and ginseng are also gabaergics.  BL-1020 is an upcoming gabaergic ap.. as though you haven't tried enough shit in your day?

If you're doctor recommended Clozapine, I would be very concerned and just stop seeing him.

The literature mentioned that Clozapine is a last-line anti-psychotic, how Risperidone is first-line. It has indication of agranulocytosis, perhaps that is why your immune system was down. I began smoking after I was exposed to anti-psychotic injections, I didn't start smoking until the 3rd time and it was damaging to my health profile and stress related events.

Wish I had personal test results and acknowledged metricks before I started, but even when I was in the facility, they didn't perform tests or consult you. Clozapine also was extremely profound and I was dx with dykesnesia; my neck/back/brain-stem is actually damaged. I hope you were not on much, but I was at 300mg which was rather high. It appears to have affected my ability to process H20. I'm trying to remember when these effects happened, but after my first antipsychotic injection, my memory is not so good and have a hard time remember day-to-day event and experience. I can read a textbook and recall information, but I have a hard-time remembering experience and my body and mental sensation is not positive.

Clozapine is an antipsychotic on steroids, heavy stuff but gets the job done. Really, the additional GABA-B agonism and release of glutamate and d-serine are nice features, too bad there's that high risk of low blood cells. Perhaps Olanzapine + Baclofen + Sarcosine would work at similar efficacy? Though Olanzapine even at low doses worsens anhedonia quite badly for me.
