Yeah yeah yeah it's a lot but it's only four separate products containing all that. The vitamin mix is just two scoops mixed in water. The liquid mix is added to a coffee in the morning. The whey protein is one scoop added with the vitamin mix. The EFA's are 3 soft gel capsules a day and the zeolites are 4 capsules a day. So it's easy to take which is really nice.

Well let me know what you think.

You should. Everyone should. It's the full spectrum. I try to make sure i supplement everyday with everything my body needs. Then my diet is pretty much whatever the hell I want to eat. But if you want I can give you the name of the company or the product I take. I don't ever list names of products or companies unless specifically asked because people will think I'm trying to make money off just saying the name of something that I think is good. So just PM me.

I like the protein powder. Something i have to consider, I had only good experiences in the past with it. Also Zeolites are worth to consider. I would say it's a good plan, better than most here. People focus too much on side issues. Most important still vitamins, phytochemicals, minerals, and other must have's, which you can't take in the necessary amounts by food, like fish oil.

P.S. Resveratrol is the most important thing in my opinion...

I was taking 400mg of Quercetin, 300mg of Tumeric Root, and 200mg of Resveratrol daily for a few months but cut that out due to money issues awhile back. I might start it again.

I'm not a fan of overdosing, 99% of commercially available multi vitamin are not worth it and might even be detrimental to your health.
You might be taking in too much calcium depending on your diet. More than 2g a day can cause hypercalcemia which is not something you want to have.

Taking multis to compensate a bad diet isn't really a good idea long term.

Cron-o-meter+ supplement adequately.

I take about 1.3g of calcium through supplements. I haven't had any issues with the amounts I'm taking. What I have listed under the vitamin mix is one serving of my vitamin powder I take. I've been taking that vitamin mix for about a year now and have only noticed benefits. I'm still noticing benefits.
