Hi, i take ritalin for my ADHD. Sometimes i noticed my hands and feet are very cold. This winter i suffered from sd. raynaud,s in my hand a couple of times. What supplements or medications could i take to prevent the vasoconstriction from amphetamines? Thanks

L-Arginine seems to work well in that regard. Magnesium also works to combat negative side effects from stimulants (although its most common form [magnesium oxide] is not absorbed effectively; you might
want to do some research before finding a version that works well for you).

Yes, i also used AAKG for vasoconstriction on drugs with very high potency for this (mdpv, a-pvp) and it helped alot also with ethylphenidate wich should be somehow similar to ritalin.

Even though this thread is now quite old:

I second AAKG - out of everything I tried this helps the best against vasoconstriction side-effects. Things that might work as well, or maybe enhance the effect when combined are Citrulline and Pycnogenol.

The latter is VERY expensive though.
High dose Grape seed extract (quite cheap when baught in bulk) combined with Bioperine for better absorption/bioavailability might be a good alternative to Pycnogenol.

I can only feel an effect from 1g + 20mg Bioperine though the, usually suggested 300mg do nothing for me. And one has to keep in mind that there are no long term studies of such high-dosed use of GSE. Despite the possible problem of upsetting the stomach, long term side effects are not known.

Anyway - hope this helps someone :)
