I take Vyvanse in the morning and it usually last around 13 hours. I need to get atleast a gram of magnesium a day, so you guys see my delimna? I just took about 400 mg of elemental magnesium two hours ago and feel like it canceled out Vyvanse? I don't know if it did though, it could just be a placebo? I was wondering if anyone can explain why this could happen?
If magnesium is a nmda antagonist, I guess if you take it while on something like Vyvanse it will cancel it out? I might have to take those much later?
