hello,I am 21 year 6ft tall 170lbs male,I have problem with probably herniated disc c2/c3 in spine,I also started going to gym alot

I am looking for ultimate multivitamin stack avaliable to buy

Vimmortal is dead for now
Aor Ortho Core ??
Thorne Multivit is better I heard but it have some major problem with something I dont remembe

currentl I use Anavite from Gaspari + Jamieson Super Krill 3x 500mg daily + high quality flaxseed oil

soon should arive Animal Flex for joints, also I heard Sundown Vits Glucosamine + Chondro is great for spine

I done alot research but theres not enough info and I cant sit on pc too long becose of my neck problem

so all these multivitamins are lacking something important, recomend me best overall combo.... for example like Ortho Core + some good calcium or I dunno, simply something witch is lacking in the multivit

is this called longecity becose it our goal is to live long or becose it takes ages to get single response?

I'll bite: just go buy AOR Orthocore and take a partial or full dose and see how you go. Report back your results.

I have looked hard and long for a multi and the truth is with vimmortal gone there is none on the market that is worth buying. They have all serious flaws wether it's the form of vitamin A or E, the folic acid, the ratios ...
You could try http://www.vitaganic.com/ and buy your own multivitamin if you want based on your specific needs.

Next week once my exams are over then maybe but right now I can't go through each ingredient and checout the flaws for you sorry. The things I'd watch out for: beta carotene as vitamin a, folic acid, and alpha topocerol as vitamin E instead of mixed.

these are bad things right?

1. why is beta carotene bad as vitamin A

2. folic acid is good or bad?

3. what you mean mixed, like vitamin E + topocerol is better than just plain topocerol?

Anavite have Beta carotene 800iu in one tablet,6 a day = 5000iu

it have Folic Acid 200mcg per 6 pill

and Vitamin E as "d-alpha tocopherol 30iu..... please one last thing, just tell me if this Anavite is doing harm to me
