Need some advice on which supplements to add to my stack in which order.
I am currently on these supplements:
-DLPA 500mg x 2
-Tryptophan 1g x 1 at night
-Imipramine 75mg x 1 at night
Fish oil 1g x 2
Multibasics x 1
Resveratrol small dose.
I take these everyday.
I have ordered and am awaiting:
Noopept
Alpha-GPC Choline
Sulbutiamine
Piracetam
L-Theanine
I have never tried the supplements listed above.
I am thinking of adding Piracetam first,then waiting a week.Then I'll add Alpha gpc,then wait another week.
After 2 weeks I will quit those 2 supplements and try another 2 supplements.I'll then try Sulbutiamine and l-theanine,Ill add them a week after each other as I did the previous 2 supplements.
Then I'll stop those 2 supplements and try Noopept on its own.
Ill introduce each substance at its minimum dosage and take it from there.
My aim is to figure out which combinations of supplements will give me the greatest effects longterm.
Does this sound like a good idea?
