hey guys. first of all i'll let you know that that noopept is my first ever nootropic(unless you count 5htp and st johns wort, not sure).

so i got my noopept 20mg+250mg 2 weeks ago and and have been taking 1 pill a day(which is not a lot i hear but i'm new).

and the effects are subtle just as most people suggest, you really dont notice them until you suprise yourself.

the first thing i noticed after 3 days of taking is the speech, my articulation had improved. if my articulation was 30 out of 100 before its more like 60 now.

anxiety has also gone down, i was able to say and do things infront of people i wouldnt have done before. although it hasnt fully cured me for anxiety its certainly helped.

as for memory when i first started my short term memory got worse but steadily its leveled off. overall i dont think its helped my memory much if at all.

concentration is better though and i find i can focus on things much more. i can read faster too(this is the biggest improvement).

as for side effects there are none but i find things a little obvious now, for example during watching movies or tv shows i started to notice obvious movie plots and thought "i've seen this all before". and the other day i watched that episode of family guy where stewie shoots lois and she survives despite being shot numerous times, usually i would have just laughed it off but this time i thought "how stupid is this!?" but this is nothing to worry about and its worth it really.

overall noopept is good and its has helped me, i think it effects will get better as i keep taking it and i recommend to someone new to nootropics and want to give it a go. dont know if i will buy another batch as i want to improve my memory if i can, if you guys can recommend me something better i'd apreciate it.

kind regards
zed.

That's interesting. I've been taking Noopept + Lucidril, so it's similar to what you're taking. I don't know which one of them is causing which specific effect, or if both are needed together regardless. It just seemed like a sensible combo.
