What does it mean if I react very negatively every time I take sAME?

If you're already prone to anxiety like me, it's probably better to avoid SAM-e. It's known to raise epinephrine ( among other things) , and it often makes me very aggressive. I dropped it because of that.

SAMe increases methylation. If you're sensitive to methylation you'll experience anxiety when taking it. :)

I get a mood boost from SAMe (therefore I take a small amount, 200 mg, daily), but TMG makes me feel irritable and antisocial. Supposedly they both "increase methylation"...

Maybe the OP should try some TMG?

TMG doesn't do that to me...that's interesting.
