Hey everyone I'm new here so sorry if this isn't the correct section to post this thread, but I have been taking ~400-800mg of L Theanine, ~200-400mg Caffeine, along with ~50-100mg Choline Bitartate. So far the effects are extraordinary! I've been diagnosed with adhd and anxiety but with this this stack, the effects of the aforementioned conditions have been minimized. Soon I'm going to be adding PEA to this supplement for an enhanced focus. How much should i take along with my current regimen? I've just recently ordered so I want some tips before I receive it. Thanks in advance!

PEA has a very short half life so the stimulatory effects won't last long at all, I really found it to be kind of worthless in that aspect.
