Hey,

looks interesting, but why introduce it all at once? it's usually a better idea to try supplements at seperate.

some questions -

what is "support stack" ? support for what ?

why so little choline ?

why did you drop 5htp ?

If you look closer at the substances under "support stack" you will notice that they are all natural occuring substances in the human body, but especially important for a well-function of the brain.
activated b-vitamins like befotiamine, riboflavin5phosphat, pyridinol5phosphat (P5P), methyltetrahydrofolat ((5-)MTHF = active b9), ...
Trimethylglycine is a multi-methyldonor and an importanmt part of the methylationcycle which is substantial for neurotransmitter-biosynthesis like dopamine.
So all this substances are a baseline, if you want to push your brain to be faster, clearer and energetic you have to see that metabolic rate has to be higher and therefore so the depletion of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and energycarrier like fat and sugar. So concrete they are to support and required too for the effectivenes of the mainstack.

I have 2 sources of choline. acetyl-l-carnitine (indirect source of choline) and cdp- (cytidine-diphosphor) choline. After some experimentation with cholinergics i have seen that i tend to get depressed on them fast, if the dosage goes beyond my line, which it does very early. On the other hand i dont want to risk downregulation or other homeostasis mechanisms to interfere with my regimen ;)

I tried 5-htp in capsule form i found that it hasnt the desired effects. On the contrary the effects are strange and not pleaserful for me. So it took it out. (But filler could aggravate this problem)

How you see i have tried every substance before over the years. And now im taking all the effective substances at one time to reach my aim.

:)

Im sleeping from day to day better. I was sleeping in the average 5 bad hours a day. With bad i mean bad quality of sleep. No deep sleep, fatigued after awaking. Now after a few days Im sleeping 7 good hours. Deep sleep, no dreams, no interruptions and refreshed when Im awake. Ready to attack ;)

Not more fatigued over the day, but i have to admit that sometimes im feeling me fast and lightheaded a bit. I will see how it developes.
My anxiety is almost gone, in the contrary many times im surprised that im more "aggressive" and have more endurance in many "social" situations.
Mood is much better. The only thing that isnt 100% implemented is my diet.
I will write tomorrow about it.

Edit: The support Stack is only a temporary Stack till it runs out and implemented my diet which offers all the necessary nutrients.

out of curiosity- what was the effect of noopept on you on it's own ? what is the effect in synergy with rest of your stack ?
