L-theanine will help significantly and synergistically. Bacopa at a large enough dose will completely negate all stimulant effects.

What is your opinion on using Stimulants at day time, and a bacopa 500mg at night to sleep?

Will this still have negating effects in any way?

Fluvoxamine works extremely well for ethylphenidate anxiety but its heavy on the side effects at first and causes alot of apathy but stims counter that.

^just a friendly warning to people considering fluvoxamine... ^^ if you're a coffee drinker it will significantly lengthen the half life of any caffeine in your system and probably make it stronger. somethign to keep in mind

Ive tried Strattera, helped in some way, but got really angry as i tapered up the doses.

bahhaha. lol, sorry to hear that. well as you change the dosage of Strattera there may be some minor effects for the first day. but that's only when your changing the doses as you said. and like once you get use to it, no more problems.

but good old Strattera may be nice to gaba?:

if you scroll down, you can see the results on a graph. some good stuff about gaba and snap25.

ohh yah true.. apparently there might not be a clinical effect according to studies and your case, but it is a warning since we dont know if people's caffeine levels slowly building up dailly could cause an issue

you would think if it was an issue youd hear people complaining about it...

We don't tho', so it does appear as if it's not an issue.

Makes sense, the clinical studies seem to come up short. I'm guessing there's something we're missing in that half-life increasing effect, some factor that we don't know about. Might be that the effect is extremely gradual, and if that's the case, then ones natural building tolerance to caffeine might be a factor there, and the two phenomenons keep apace of each other, so the only ones that would notice this are the ones that are naive to caffeine.

^ yep this.
Though maybe it's still good to consider since caffeine might interact with other drugs in the body that the person plans on taking.

Yes, I have used this succesfully before, but sometimes the bacopa will kill most of the effects but it will still be a little bit difficult to sleep.

Will the killing effects of bacopa persist even with a dose increase of Stimulants?

Have you tried Tianeptine? I found it worked great in taking away the anxiety and mild paranoia from a wide range of stimulants and it had the the extra bonus of being fairly benign in terms of side effects.

Ovecta: Worked? Does that mean that you're not on it any more? If it works, then why aren't you taking it? Tolerance-build? Or did it have some side-effect which crept up on you gradually?

Lavender, an herb beloved for it's pleasing fragrance, is also proving to be an effective remedy for both anxiety and depression. Taken orally, lavender extract can be as effective as low-dose benzodiazepines for attenuating anxiety.

Careful, any benzodiazepene or opiod receptor interaction will lead to physiogical adjustments whose symptoms are analogous to mild withdrawals! Be careful. If you do use a CNS active agent to couter another, use it in limited, isolated quantities for a small time frame.

That said, anything that short circuits the adrenergic overload via dopamine beta hydroxylase and norepinephrine and its metabolic product adrenaline work. A 1-off of benzos or z-drugs is highly effective. Tianeptine is a much safer alternative to weak opiods. Ashwagandha can counter excess cortisol. Kava is an excellent antioxylytic. Selank and DSIP as well.
