does it make sense to take sunifiram + aniracetam (for learning)? Are both ampakines.

And sunifiram + pramiracetam?
And sunifiram + noopept?

I want to take them to study.

You could argue that since noopept is a prodrug for cyclo l prolyglycine. (Gudasheva TA Et Al., 1997) Sunifiram acts on the nmda glycine receptor. (Moriguchi Et Al., 2013). Aniracetam via mGlu3 (modulating AMPA receptors) (Tanabe S Et Al., 1990) and its metabolites specifically N anisoyl GABA mediating activity at the nicotinic 5-ht and dopamine D2 receptors. (Lee CR & Benfield P, 1994) And, pramiracetam acting to increase high affinity choline uptake (HACU). (Shih YH & Pugsley TA, 1985)

That even though they all share a similar ampakine and/or racetam chemical structure that the different ways they mediate the effect could hypothetically make a certain combination more powerful than any on there own. However, most of this research comes from rats and the brain is incredibly complex. So, just exercise extreme caution when engaging in poly pharmacy.

I personally take Piracetam 4.6 or 9,4g , Aniracetam ~900-1000mg, Noopept 135 or 10 mg , and Coluracetam 5 mg at once then repeat it 1-3x a day.

be careful with the pramiracetam, too much of it can lead to too much Nitric Oxide which is damaging to the brain. I don't see the need to stack with such powerful compounds. I stick with the well known ones such as aniracetam and oxiracetam.
