I want to improve my energy levels, get more out of my workouts, lose weight, have a better feeling of well-being overall. One little note; I used to suffer from anorexia nervosa, and quite screwed up my metabolism in that period. I'm all "better" now (in the sense that I don't starve myself.) but I still am around 13 kilograms heaver then before I got the eating disorder.

The stuff inside the products is listed on the bottom, this is what I figured I would do:

http://www.xxlnutrit...hancing-science - For losing weight and working out
http://www.xxlnutrit...x-hd/bpi-sports - For lowering estrogen levels (to keep less weight on, have more energy while working out. Also, too much estrogen is known to cause breast cancer and other annoying stuff)
http://www.xxlnutrition.nl/n-force/man
http://www.xxlnutrit...poic-acid/olimp - ALA, seems like a good idea in general to take this. Kind of expensive but bulk retailers do not ship to my country.

Cognition:
Sulbutiamine - 150 mg, 3 doses per day
Piracetam - 5 grams a day
Oxiracetam - 1500 mg
pramiracetam - 250 mg/day
Spirulina - Varies

Any advice, tips, criticism? I'd love to hear it.

How will you know if any of this stuff is working? If you get side effects, how will you know what is causing them?

What about diet?

The XXL Nutrition site kinda looks dubious.

How does anyone know that? I was thinking about introducing the things one by one.

I sadly do not live in a home where I can very thoroughly change my diet.. I try to live healthy though, I avoid various bad and processed foods.
