Looking for the best bentonite clay for internal use. I am using Great Plains right now but read I should be buying powder for. Sodium or Calcium?

I'm confused what this could be used for internally. Do you mean for personal use? Or literally internal?

I take Great Plains right now, just not sure if that is the best brand to take (drink)

Bentonite Clay will be the same from most places as long as its 100% pure.

 

Just buy the one on amazon with the most reviews or one of the top 10 most reviewed and you will be fine.

I understand that calcium bentonite clay is what you really want. So do a search and make sure those words are definitely included in the product description.
