rapamycin reduces intracellular aging

but it can inhibit mTORC2 which can cause insulin resistance

insulin resistance isn't necessarily bad in those who are CR and who
have naturally low glucose levels. but in those who aren't CR'ed
already... then couldn't it lead to higher glucose levels in those who
take rapamycin? which could attenuate its decrease in extracellular
aging - e.g. crosslinks

(and I'm wondering what people think of http://www.marinij.c...life-span-human ). It does seem to work better in those who do CR, but I wonder if my proposed mechanism could be the cause?
