Hi.

I currently using the following supplements in order to increase my memory:

B complex
Multivitamin.
Fish oil.

What other supplements should I add to my memory stack?

There are many things you could add to your stack, but I'm not sure what you should add. It really comes down to testing some different substances yourself, and determining their perceived benefits in relation to their costs.

ALCAR is a good one to consider, as is piracetam. Ginkgo biloba and ashwagandha may have a decent affect over time. Noopept may help. The Uridine-DHA-Choline (see: http://www.longecity...ge__hl__uridine ) is another possibility.

To get the full range of potential benefits from any nootropic stack, regular exercise is critical.

Bacopa is the only supplement I have used that has shown me a clear improvement in long-term memory and ability to memorize and recall facts.
The racetams are nice for short-term memory, especially in conversation. Many people have pointed out that piracetam eliminates the "tip-of-the-tongue" feeling when trying to recall words and names.
Both supplements are pretty cheap and are well worth a shot.
I would think if you are already taking a multivitamin and a B complex, supplementing additional B12 would not be very efficient, but I don't know.

All that you have so far is a good safe starting point. Remember B12 doesn't get absorbed via the stomach well. Take it at least sublingually, if you can get a doctor to give you a B12 shot then that's the way to go.

Read this label:

I think Source natural's stuff is spot on for what a base stack should be. I have been taking Mental Edge for 25 years and it's awesome. So even if you don't buy the actual products you can get a good idea of what to include in your stack just from reading the labels.

Other than that I can say that Noopept is pretty impressive. Just read some of the studies and you will see what I am talking about.

Good Luck and welcome to increased intelligence :)
