Note: This is my issue.(what I mean is -> There is NOTHING wrong with the supplement, and there is NOTHING wrong with the fish oil, etc.

Hi guys,

I have been taking a Omega supplement for the past year.
I have

Notes:
- I buy it from the Pharmacy.
- The product is of high quality, verified, etc.
- The issue is on my end, (nothing wrong with the supplement).
- One of the best omega supplement out there.
- €30 avg for a months supply.
- After using it for 3 months it has really had a positive effect on many things.

Contains:
- Omega 3,6,9
- Q10
- Vitamin D & E

It says to take 5ml a day(teaspoon), but in the past couple of weeks/months I have started to take a full table/soup spoon (10ml-15ml) a day.

Problem:
I figured out that it was the Omega 3 supplement causing the heart rate, etc.
Around a hour after I take it, I start to get a high heart rate and other "anxiety/worry" related issues, mainly regarding my heart and stuff.

Is this because I am taking more of it?.
What could be the cause of it in the supplement that causes this?.

How do I know?:
I took it in the evening, and about an hour after taking it I got the usual heart rate, etc.

Everything is greatly appreciated,

Thank You very much.
