Hallo,

I am in need for an anti-inflammatory herb or herbs because I am pretty sure my body can use on of those. However, I have experience from trying different herbs and supplements that MAO inhibitors have a bad effect on me. (they make me or very brain fogged and sad or/and very very very irritated. Really weird ) I took turmeric and cat's claw, but both have MAO inhibiting properties.
Do you guys know some good alternatives ? What anti-inflammatory supplements do you take ?

It's not a herb, but did you considered using l-carnitine?
