Would like to get some opinions on the new herbal stack i have put together for adaptogenic/mental health benefits. The herbs im taking are as follows
Rhodiola
Ashwagandha
Bacopa
Gotu kola
Ginkgo bilboa
Does this seem like a solid stack? Any other suggestions? Another thing i would like to mention is i am a bodybuilder, and if any of these herbs could have a negative impact on my SHBG, prolactin, hgh, etc. please aware me.
