Maybe signing this petition won't do any harm in regards to darkening grey hair

Been using the ashwagandha and fo-ti for almost six months with zero results. My hair is still white, especially on the sides. I'm considering wheatgrass as it seems to have more claims to reverse greying but maybe I better save my money for a good LLLT device which has reversed greying in all people I know having used it.

We want evidence of that claim, curing grey hair would be fantastic!

LLLT was designed to help with baldness and as a side effect greying people noticed that hairs got darker. Overmachogrande uses a kinda proven theory building his helmets. Has it been tested as a big cure for greyness? No, but you do notice all users with grey hair not using this for greying get darkening. Must have something to do with LLLT increasing SOD levels, of course the strength of the light is very important. It's definitely worth looking into

Wheatgrass is a more herbal thing, started this week. Apart from that acetyl hexapeptide 1 might be a good solution. I'm into week 8 now, also applied it to eyebrows and notice some of my natural yellow eyebrows grow in darker. It should take longer to see real results is what the seller told me at first

2 eyebrow hairs. One having gotten darker, another one not yet: http://imgur.com/ubwLVCJ

In the literature, PABA has been reported to reverse grey hair as long as half a century ago.  The only problem is it takes over a year to start working.  L-Dopa can also reverse grey hair as an unintended side effect of its main treatment for mental disorders.  Fo Ti is more of the TCM anecdotal-type evidence.  Small amounts of catalase are included in the bioavailable S.O.D. extracts sourced from melon.

I too started to develop grey hair during a stressful period (infection).  I also switched from GliSODin to Premier S.O.D. which may have jump-started it.

Roobos Tea significantly elevates SOD levels and is said to be very calming.
Perhaps do a site search for more info on it.

Phosphatidylserine + Fish oil does wonders for cortisol. (400 mg + 1-2g DHA)

If I'm in a bad mood, stressed, or just generally speedy on caffeine, eating a small can of mackerel (100g), which contains 400 mg PS and 1-2g DHA does wonders.
It can literally turn me from raging to blissful, in 30 minutes. It's amazing.
I recommend PS+DHA because I assume those are the active ingredients responsible for the effect.

Ashwagandha worked for me in the past, but I developed tolerance. The nutrients I mentioned didn't have that side-effect.
IMO, try both. See what works for you in the long run.

That is pretty high cortisol. Some military guys have had success with inositol for hypervigilance/high cortisol/PTSD. 1 to 16 grams a day. Take the phosphatidylserine and some fish oil as well. High cortisol will wear you down and do more damage than just grey hair.

Doubt it'll reverse greying hair but this substance has done a number on my stress levels. See post #42 of mine.
