Male, 25, Active (exercise 3x per week), Healthy body weight.

Currently taking Accutane (Isotretinoin) 20mg x 1 per day.

Looking to maintain my health and minimize any potential damage that Accutane may or may not cause.

Morning (with food):

1 x 20mg Accutane
1 x Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega
1 x Jarrow B-Complex ("B-Right")
1 x Jarrow Vitamin C + Bioflavanoids
1 x Healthy Origins Probiotic (30 Billion CFU's)
2 x Doctor's Best Glucosamine/Chondriotin/MSM/Hyraulonic Acid

Afternoon/Evening (with food):

1 x Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega
1 x Jarrow Vitamin D3 (2,500IU)
1 x Source Naturals OptiZinc (Monomethionine)
1 x Jarrow Vitamin E ("Famil-E")
1 x Jarrow Milk Thistle
1 x Jarrow NAC
2 x Doctor's Best Glucosamine/Chondriotin/MSM/Hyraulonic Acid

Any feedback on my stack would be appreciated, i'm taking the Probiotic to mitigate any stomach issues Accutane might cause, the Milk Thistle and NAC are to protect my liver from Accutane, and the Glucos/Chon/MSM/HA is for the joint pain from Accutane.

My main questions for anyone who has knowledge is:

1) Is my stack dosed too high? Is there anything I should be taking every other day instead of daily?

2) Am I missing anything essential? Minerals? Vitamin K? Or can I obtain these from foods instead?

3) I'm thinking of switching out the Doctor's Best Glu/Chon/MSM/HA and replacing it with Jarrow MSM, and Jarrow HA instead, essentially dropping the Glu/Chon. Does anyone with knowledge know if I will be missing out on possible joint relief by dropping Glu & Chon?

Appreciate your help guys, thank you!

Looks solid to me. I don't know if anything is being overdosed because I don't know how much each pill contains, though.

I don't suggest dropping glu/chon entirely. They're the main ingredients in that formula. MSM/HA alone can't compete. If you switch, add a separate glu/chon supplement.

I'd suggest that you be ready for the possibility of skin or eye dryness, and the near certainty of dry lips. For skin, a great acne- friendly moisturizer is CeraVe lotion, available at drugstores. It's one of the few lotions you can trust not to make acne worse. If you get dry eyes, Refresh Plus Preservative-free artificial tears are excellent. For dry lips, pretty much any unflavored lip moisturizer will do the trick. You could even use CeraVe lotion, or vaseline, or olive oil. No need to spend lots of money on this.
