So I seem to have gotten to a point where I have a few sups in my possession but the problem is, I am slightly baffled on how to stack these bad boys!

Caffiene - 200mg (Tablets) Alpha GPC Choline - 300 Mg (Capsules) D3 - 5,000 IU (Softgel) L-Theanine - 200mg (Capsules) l-Tyrosine - 500mg (Capsules) Modafinil - 200mg (Tablets) Noopept - 2G powder Omega3 - 707mg (Softgel) Taurine - 1000 mg (Capsules) ZMA - 500 mg (Tablets)

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Thanks!

I would combine the L-theanine with caffeine. But I think I'd drop the caffeine and drink coffee or green tea instead. Coffee and tea are rich in antioxidants and generally health-promoting. I don't really see a need to take caffeine as a supplement.

I agree with longschi that if possible id may be favorable to consume coffee or tea over caffeine pills for there antioxidants. Especially, if you currently don't consume a lot of antioxidants from other sources. But also, because many of the longitudinal studies on caffeine is confounded by the polyphenols and stuff in coffee and teas. So, they might be mediating some of the positive long term effects.

The three really big players there are probably the
modafinil
noopept w. alpha gpc
and
caffeine with l theanine

10 mg of noopept is really at that is needed as the effects are bimodal (just means two peaked) in reversing amnesia in rats.

Also, the D3 and ZMA might also have a benefical role depending on your current vitamin and mineral status as vitamin D, zinc, magnesium and b6 all have important roles in the brain.
