The title says it all...

I am waiting a new batch of uridine, and a b complex. So far I am having a positive experience with the stack, I am going to start again in a few days, and I ll give a detailed report in the near future. For everyone else, what the stack has done for you? It would be interesting to put together all the positive and not so positive experiences in this thread.

Please list what exactly you are taking (source of choline, if you take the b complex or not, minerals?) and for how long you have been using them?

Will be looking forward to your future report; if you don't mind me asking, what B-complex are you going to be using?

I may be starting the stack in the very near future (haven't yet experimented with it).

Hi BigPapaChakra, how is going?

I am very positive for this stack, for me its the best stack I have tried. I ve got many benefits from it, in mood, concentration and to some extent motivation with no side effects. I got 30gr uridine (UMP) that is somewhat 100 sublingual doses, but I used most of it alone, when I added CDP - choline, really made a difference in its effects! From the "peculiar" stimulant effect I got from uridine, I got a feeling of well being along with some cognitive benefits when I added the choline. The reason that I am going to put more detail to it, in the future, is that I used most of the uridine alone, and I want to try the combo for a longer time before I describe my experience.

OK, for the b complex, there are quite a few products I checked out. Have in mind that there is an issue in what form the b vitamins are in each product.

"Coenzymated B Formula provides the complete range of B vitamins in the active, coenzyme form which is biologically identical to that used by the body. The liver converts B vitamins into a coenzyme form to make them biologically active. The need for such a conversion in the body means they are not immediately available and that metabolic energy must be used to perform this conversion. For most healthy, young individuals, this conversion of synthetic B vitamins into coenzymated vitamins does not present a problem. However, in older, ill or nutritionally-deficient people, the conversion is not so easy : thus supplementing with non-coenzymated B vitamins often has little effect."

Just to add to this, that are some common and not some common mutations, that make people unable to utilize some of the non-coenzymated B vitamins.

Having this in mind, a very good priced product with many good reviews in Amazon and Iherb, that does not have all the vitamins in the coenzymated form.

Another good choice might be.

Many of the b vitamins are in the coenzymated form, but I do not have a clue of the ratios that they use for each vitamin. A plus is that has 5mg PQQ in each serving.

Also AOR its a very good choice, all the b vitamins are in the coenzymated form, but more expensive than jarrows for the 90 servings you get.

I'm trying it out now since a week back. I have a generally negative reaction to Jarrow's B Right, so I don't take a full B complex. (I realize that my negative reaction to B Right may mean I am not suited for this stack.)

Using

1/4 cap (of 250mg) UMP sublingual (Jarrow) twice daily (morning, lunch)

2 softgels High DHA (Jarrow) once daily (morning)

1 softgels fish oil (Madre Labs) once-twice daily (morning)

1 softgel E tocopherols (NOW) once daily (morning)

1/3 cap L-methylfolate (LEF) (morning)

1 lozenge B12 (methylcobalamin) (Jarrow) (morning)

1 cap B3 as nicotinic acid (Natural Factors) (morning)

500 - 1000 mg Vitamin C with bioflavonoids (Blackmore)

Concomitant supps:

2 tbsp unmodified potato starch (Bob's Red Mill)

1-2 mg of lithium orotate (splitting Doctor's Best tabs).

1-2 caps reishi

1 tab Lion's mane

1 scoop Eureka Berries powder

100 mg CoQ10

0.5 tab zinc chelate (Source Naturals)

1 cap magnesium citrate

Possible interaction:

Green tea (in the original post Mr Happy advises giving up caffeine completely, so this may be a bad idea, but I find it hard to go completely without green tea)

Occasional supp: Sulbutiamine (to fight sleep debt, only when absolutely necessary), Ginkgo Biloba (for instant focus - the blood flow effect is a noticeable focus enhancer in me)

Plan to introduce citicoline in a week.

The first week is positive, overall, although nothing major yet.

Unfortunately it started very positive with me, but as the time goes by, there is not much to report... I am still taking the combo for its long term health effects, reported in the studies.
