Hi,

This is my first real post on Longecity after having read a lot on the forum. I do, however, have some trouble finding clear information regarding several supplements and whether or not to take them.
Besides a multi, some sports supplements, EGCg, Curcumin Longvida (2x500 mg/day) and my shipped Nootropics, I'm thinking about adding some anti-aging supplements, besides my healthy lifestyle of course.
These are the ones I was thinking about and hope to be given some advice/yays or nays about:
-C60
-Cycloastragenol or astragaloside
-PQQ
-Resveratrol
-Selegiline/Deprenyl

Are any of these unwise to take or do they have troubling interactions when taken?

Excuse me for the ignorance, this field of science and medicine is still a bit new for me! I'm a 2nd year Medical student, so I do understand a lot of physiology and pathways, I just can't seem to able to find the right information, as much seems to be contradictory or vague (besides the fact that most, of course, do not have real proof on humans).

Thanks!
