Hi.
In this article there is write there are nootropics to

"Improve the connections between the different parts of the brain (speech, memory, motor control, sensory, etc.) and also the different hemispheres of the brain.

What are these nootropics, in particular to improve connections between different hemispheres?

PS. I already know how to improve ngf and neurogenesis (with pregnenolone)

Depending on your age, Lion's Mane might be attractive and cheap at Swanson's. Comes as powdered mushrooms. There are extracts with higher dosages. It's alleged to repair myelin sheaths that protect neurons. It becomes more important as you get past 45 or so.

Supposed: Uridine, Noopept, Lions mane.
Increasing REM sleep is probably the most effective method from what I've researched, if you can find a strategy to make it practical.

Best way to increase REM sleep is to make sure you have at least 12 hours to devote to sleep, even if you don't get that 12 hours. We're talking lights out, drink a warm glass of milk or take a melatonin, whatever gets you in the sleeping mood, then just sleep until you wake on your own. That's why the long block is important. You will almost never sleep past 10 hours in one block, and the longer you sleep, the less you need your deepest sleep cycles, and therefore the more time you will spend in the near-wake REM state.

I have heard that yogis use Gotu Kola to enhance hemispheric coherence. It's also a diuretic. I do not know how good this info is. I can't remember where I read it. I do know it's a diuretic and I think… it improved my right/left had coordination as I seemed to help playing fast passages on guitar when I thought that was important.

Since lion's mane is supposed to repair myelin sheaths in nerves in the brain, iIf that's true it might be good to include it.
