I am currently taking 500mg Inositol and 420mg Choline Phosphatidyl (both solgar) with my dinner each day for some low level social anxiety. I plan to take 80-100mg of Propranolol (Inderal) for some upcoming events (it's amazing for public speaking) and I am wondering if they will interact with each other in a negative way?

Any thoughts are appreciated, I have read some conflicting reports elsewhere but would like to hear from someone that has taken these together without a problem?

Thanks in advance

Shouldn't be a problem at all. In any case, give the beta blocker a test run a few days before the event to be sure you tolerate it well. You may want to consider supplementing with melatonin in the evenings. b-blockers can decrease its endogenous levels at nighttime....

Ouroboro

How the Choline/Inositol + propanolol works for you?

What conflicting reports you read about taking both together?
