So I have been thinking about adding a telomere activator to my stack some time soon. So far, the most dramatic effect seems to come from AGAG, or epitalon.. but thats another story.

I am a bit confused about astragaloside, astragulus, and cycloastragenol

I know astra and cyclo are derived from astragulus.. but what is the difference between them? I've been reading through the posts here but it seems product manufacturer etc seems to always be the focus. Can someone please enlighten me here.. I tried to figure it out myself, but these threads are epic! after reading the epic threads of epitalon this weekend, my brain is mush

I don't know if the money is worth it. There is no clear proof that it will help you, AFAIK. Examine.com also calls it a hype and suggests astralagus itself is a better bang for your buck, conveniently being at a lower cost.

Thanks Hav, Epic thread. It's going to take a while to absorb all that. Hopefully after midterms I can give it a better look.

Lavidaloca.. Yeah, there really doesn't seem to be much evidence or experienced to recommend it. So far I am leaning towards epitalon if I decide to go that route. I'm a very well preserved well, kinda well preserved, 44 yrs old. So I have time to see how it all shakes out for a bit longer, but if I find something I think might be worth taking I'd like to jump in. C60-oo is interesting too but not much by way of evidence there either.

I'm back in college right now to get my physical therapist asst. degree with an eye towards a full PT down the road, but I'm almost starting to wish I was young enough to pursue a career in biochemistry or something... reading all these posts really makes you wish you had that kind of knowledge and what an interesting field aging is... I had no idea it was so fascinating.

Yeah, I get it, I'm currently at Medical School and want to be a heart surgeon, but discovering this forum and anti-aging research has really fascinated me. I'm not going to change my dreams of my future career, but I no doubt will be doing my own research and reading about anti-aging!

On another note: I started C60 last week, since it appeared to be the most promising compound. For the astragaloside/cycloastragenol, I'm just going to wait and see if more evidence comes up.
I haven't researched epitalon yet, but will definitely do in the nearby future!
