I am looking to take mentat for a while to increase memory and spatial recognition and although it's heap I'd like to take a mega dose of these three herbs at night . Where is a great source to get them at? Preferably cheap high quality stuff, if it exists?

Also where to buy Shankpushpi

Only ordered once, never arrived, my inquiries ignored. Hundred bucks put in the sand.

I can't speak to the ignored inquiries, but I'd presume the reason it never arrived was because Austrian customs intercepted the shipment. The OP's profile states they're from Wisconsin, so they don't have anything to worry about on that front.

Smart Powders tracking service got lost of my shipment in New York. The last message from Denis Darroch was they would sort it out - if I don't count his empty promise after a post in this thread:

On the contrary, I had 3 shipments intercepted by Austrian Customs (iherb and vitacost). In such cases I always was asked if I would still accept the shipment with an allegedly illegal 'medicine import', and upon my acceptance they always confiscated that ingredient only, sent me the remaining parcel and fined me. Except Smart Powders shipment - never anything from various companies in the states ever was lost.

Good picks. Check myworldhut.com for brahmi, shankhpushpi and jatamansi, and starwestbotanicals.com for ashwagandha. Be warned though - jatamansi and shankhpushpi taste AWFUL, and this is coming from someone who takes herbs and nutraceuticals in water. Only thing I've tasted that was remotely as bad is EGCG powder.

There are four herbs referred to as Shankha Pushpi / Shankhpushpi. All of them seem to have nootropic properties, but not identical.

Make sure you know which one you want and that you get that one when you order.

The four are

Convolvulus pluricaulis - http://en.wikipedia....lus_pluricaulis and http://examine.com/s...us pluricaulis/

Evolvolus alsinoides - http://en.wikipedia....ulus_alsinoides and http://examine.com/s...lus alsinoides/

Clitoria Ternatea - http://en.wikipedia....itoria_ternatea and http://examine.com/s...toria ternatea/

Canscora decussata - This one does not have its own Wiki or Examine page, but it is listed in studies you can find on Pubmed such as http://www.sciencedi...876382011001739
