Hi guys. I am new to resveratrol supplements. I did some searching on the forum here and only found some very old posts. From what I understand so far, trans-resveratrol is the kind I should be looking for, correct? And I have to keep it away from sunlight?

So anyways, please post away the brands that you think are the best. Right now, I can get a 180 capsules of 1000mg resveratrol from amazon.com for just about $35. Most trans-resveratrol I've found from googling is about 2x that price. Anyways, please suggest me some brands and also persuade me as to why I should get the brand you suggest over the 180 capsule pack for $35 on amazon.

veridian is made from 98% transresveratrol sourced from red grape skin, a little pricier but Ive seen a review claiming its emodin free.

One vegetarian capsule provides: Ingredient Weight Red wine concentrate 250mg Resveratrol 98% (trans-resveratrol from red grape skin) 100mg Hesperidin 50mg Pine bark extract 95% OPC 20mg Co-enzyme Q10 20mg Pterostilbene (from Resina daemomorops draco) 500ug Vegetarian cellulose (HPMC*) capsule 100mg (*Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose)

RevGenetics

Do you buy the RevGenetics powder? Is it know which part of the knotweed plant is used (should say on the product)? Do you mix it with anything like liquid?

Hi guys,

I did a little bit of research and learned about joint pain and digestion problems. What are some good brands that don't use that Japanese weed? And what are some good synthetic brands? From what I read, many turn to synthetic resveratrol to avoid the joint pain.

I have started using the NOW 250 mg Resveratrol / 50 mg Pterostilbene. It seems to have the best price on the market, especially since it contains both.
Is this a good source?

1 teaspoon of Reserve only provides 125 mg. of trans-resveratrol.  I take 2 grams/day, half in morning and the other at night.  Best source I've found is Meg-Resveratrol powders.  Tastless, COA, reasonably priced for serious users...

So now it's 2016 and what seems best option to buy?
Maybe mix with Pterostilbene like Now Foods, Pterostilbene & Resveratrol, 50 mg / 250 mg, 60 Veggie Caps?

It isn't from knoot weed and I associate it's important, but still it's 50% so it may have emodin?

I can't buy from sources like revgenetics because I'm not from the U.S.

Thanks.

I still buy from them Nitro 100 but it is micronized.

I can't buy from sources like revgenetics because I'm not from the U.S.

In the EU this is probably the best at £117.99 for 100g:

Thanks, it seems great deal.

I assume that in this manner that it's 99% it doesn't really matter that it's from knotweet?
