Hi.

A friend of mine tried a green tea supplement, but he got inosmnia from it. However, the green tea supplement was great for his memory.

How can he take a green tea supplement without having the insomnia effect?

Or take it at least 8 hours or so before bedtime. Most supplements will state how much caffeine is in a pill, and you can compare it to what's in a standard cup of coffee or tea.

I already take it in the morning. Didn't get any anxiety from it.

Green tea in general to say the least does not improve my anxiety..
