Hello everyone.

So, i am in my final year at uni and i have 2 months left to write my dissertation and finish 2 assignments (report on things i am not interested in).

I have been reading this forum for more than 1 years and i tried different nootropics etc. some worked some not and I would like to hear any suggestion about boosting motivation and focus on a single task as I find myself distracting really really easily (some sort of ADD/ADHD)

I have tried and still have:

Pircetam (works a bit)

Noopept (i bought on ebay, and where white and blue capsules but i haven't taken them for more than 4 days as i wasn't sure about the quality - bin)

Sulbutiamine (seems to work at high doses)

Modalert (it works but its more about keeping me awake than helping my with concentration. I read so much about the story of modalert vs modafinil, so maybe the original one is better, not sure)

Vinpocetine (not sure if it works)

Caffeine (works as we know it)

Acetyl carnitine (not sure)

Theanine (seems to help with coffee)

Now, i would like to know your opinions about: Oxiracetam, Phenylpiracetam and bacopa and also Lucidril.

which would you guys suggest for boost attention and motivation? I am basically too easily distracted and would like to improved this.

Thank you so much!

Look into CDP-choline and/or uridine mono-phosphate, as well as some type of dopamine pre-cursor (mine is NALT). Both are favorites of mine and work well for motivation, mood, and focus as well.

I can't comment on Oxiracetam, Phenylpiracetam or Lucidril, never tried 'em.

Bacopa doees the opposite for me for attention and motivation. It gets me drowsy as hell, and while it is anti-anxiety for me, it is very serotonergic in that I get deep sleep but also wake up groggy, unmotivated, and almost fatigued.

Try nicotine e.g. gums - nothing like it for sitting down and staying focussed. Be very carefull with dosing up.

Pramiracetam and noopept is a pretty potent combo.

Try a combination of either Maca and Ginseng or Maca and Rhodiola. Both of these combinations help me with focus and motivation. I wouldn't recommend combining all three as Rhodiola doesn't like to combine well with most substances, at least in my case.

If you're using a dopamine precursor, make sure to also supplement with a serotonin precursor(Dopamine depletes serotonin)

Have you tried Mucuna Pruriens? It's a dopamine precursor but is much Stronger and more effective than tyrosine. Some people report improved motivation and focus from it, at the very least it will make dopaminergic and adrenergic supplements more effective.

Currently I'm testing Mr. Happy Stack.

But I use to take CILTEP every day, the thing I don't like about CILTEP is that when you don't take it you feel a considerable difference. Next time I will dose ALCAR and maybe some NALT on my days off (recommendation in the ciltep topic).
