i stumbled upon a strange japenese study that shows that however you eat the food affects your memory, neuron loss or gain from early childhood. here; http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/24687840
its strange to do such a study.... japenese just have to be strange. i wonder if that affects the brain in older age too when you might end up eating your food in liquid because of tooth loss or only slows your down mentally if you start as a kid....
