I've tried supplements, meditation, and image streaming, without getting the foundation taken care of.
What do you guys think? Would diet and exercise alone significantly improve SZ symptoms? What have been your experiences?

a lot of exercise improves all aspects of mental health, for SZ symptoms I noticed endurance running does miracles which can last up to a whole day (the endorphin release is higher than with bodybuilding/fitness in my experience, with running I laugh my ass off and am quite active the rest of the day, with bodybuilding almost never, sometimes even get a bit depressed from it..)
Diet.. There are several reports/claims that the keto-diet reduces SZ symptoms drastically (don't know bout neg's and cog's, if I recall correctly, positives).

yes I found an exercise regime significantly helped me, especially with negative symptoms. I was doing 3x a week weight training with some cardio after every session. fixed a lot of my problems. the stability and structure of it was nice, as was the constant rpgoression of weight training. a feeling of progress and accomplishment is not to be scoffed at.

Thanks for your reply. I tried to do the keto diet but it was harder for me to fall asleep. Did you have this problem as well?
Wanted to try the Keto past year, but I failed, I hate dieting because I suck to stick to a planned routine to eat.
