Need help to cope up with sleep disorder!

I m 25 year old . i m suffering in this diseases since teenage and now want to get rid out of this..in this phase i feel my body aching and become paralyze for few minutes its a totally panic situation when I was trying to move my lips and legs but its no use feeling numb my organs..Basically I struggle falling to sleep, and when I do it's very disturbed sleep, I often wake up to 6-8 times... Also not able to share my problems and discuss it with others no one is believed on..
Can you please hep me to know what could be the treatment for this? I just hope this discussion would help.

That "panic situation" is called sleep paralysis. Have you tried sleeping on your side? Sleep paralysis mostly occurs when sleeping on your back and rarely occurs when sleeping on your back.

For me, it seemed most helpful to find the right DHA:EPA ratio that helps you feel better, along with a quality B-complex starting with full dosage and tapering down over time.  But the fish oil can stay on.

At night, it seems helpful to try taurine + inositol a few hours before bedtime for one or two weeks, then stop that and add gingko biloba in morning and perhaps lithium orotate.
