I have regular sex with a partner, between 1-6 times per week. I masturbate rarely perhaps once per month. My sex life has a pattern whereby I have sex after a few days rest, then continue to have sex once or twice a day for a few days then generally stop for a few days up to a week. After the inital sex, I notice that I have much more anxiety, social awkwardness, in some cases social paralysis. I have get a syndrome characterised by dry mouth, sensitivity of the penis and general higher pain sensitivity over all the body, general feeling of stress, lowered mood, lowered drive (almost apathetic sometimes), clear headed and alert, although concentration is poor, generally tense although socially as long as I can stay still I can fake interactions sometimes more easily. This gets worse the more times I have sex after the initial, until somehow leveling out after 3 or 4 days of having sex, then I am disinterested in having sex, and so go for a while without it.

In contrary, a week without sex my motivation is much higher, anxiety lower, social anxiety pretty much gone.

I know there are some general effects from sex and motivation here, as our biology is set up to make us work for sex and when we get it, our motivation drops somewhat; many people experience this and I think it is quite normal, but the extent of symptoms I get don't really make sense to me.

Interestingly, I get an almost similar effect from taking fish oil supplements or eating fish, however, with fish oil my concentration is far better, but the general anxiety / social anxiety is similar in this regard. I also get affected similarly by caffeine, several hours after.

I get the exact same symptoms. I've always thought of them as normal.

If you want to try and get more sex drive then I would recommend that you take a small amount of Noopept each day or once every couple of days as you see fit, it makes me especially horny. I also get the same effect after taking Caffeine.

As for the lack of motivation and concentration I can highly recommend up-to 1000 IU per day of Vitamin D liquid capsules, taken as you see fit, infact I get so motivated and driven to do things that I have to stop taking them for periods of time.

I believe that I cannot properly synthesize Vitamin D from the sun.

Interesting.

You're probably zinc deficient.

It may be worth mentioning that I used to watch porn, daily, and was somewhat addicted because I had trouble stopping watching when I knew it was harmful for my relationship. I had watched it daily, probably like a lot of men since I was 16, now I am 25 and haven't watched it for two years apart from a few times. At the time I stopped these symptoms were much worse, however now they are less intense. The few times I have watched it, instead of getting these symptoms I become relaxed and get an endorphin high, so the opposite. This makes me think it is someway withdrawal, but why after two years would I still get it?

The sex is sometimes a little intense, and sometimes I force an orgasm by tensing up my body. When the sex is more intense of mimics porn then again it can give the gaba and endorphin high, but this doesnt happen often.

Interesting, but I believe that my sex drive is normal so I don't want to mess around with it

I take multivitams containing 10mg zinc, atleast a few times a week, plus my diet is reasonably good, what makes you say this?

That is a good thing, if you start to use noopept to increase sex drive then you can become dependent upon it.
