I have tried to include all relevant (non filler) ingredients from products:

 

1-3 Time per week:

 

Buckminsterfullerene 1.5 mg

Olive Oil                     1 ml

Coluracetam               5-10 mg

 

 

Once daily:

 

Resveratrol          500 mg

Ubiquinol             100 mg

D3                        2000 IU 

SAM-e                  400 mg

Vitamin K              2200 mcg

Melatonin             .5-1 mg

Lutein                   38 mg

Meso-zeaxanthin 3.75 mg

Astaxanthin          6 mg

C3G                     2.2 mg

 

 

Twice Daily:

 

Phosphatidylcholine 800 mg

EPA                          750 mg

DHA                          250 mg

Sulbutiamine             500 mg

Pancreatin                300 mg

Papain                      180 mg

Bromelain                 135 mg

Trypsin                      72 mg

Chymotrypsin            3 mg

Rutoside trihydrate    150 mg

L-Leucine                  1.5 g

L-Lysine                     500 mg

L-Phenylalanine         500 mg

L-Valine                      1 g

L-Threonine                200 mg

L-Isoleucine                1 g

L-Methionine               200 mg

L-Histidine                   150 mg

L-Tryptophane            60 mg

Hericium e. 30%         2 g

B6                               50 mg

Carnosine                   500 mg

Acetyl-L-carnitine        337 mg

Benfotiamine               75 mg

I also take a variety of probiotics, varied daily to monthly.

 

I think I have included most of my supplements though there may be one or two missing; probably just substitutions or infrequently taken. I'll likely follow this up by listing the relevant products but since I do change up the suppliers for some of these frequently and don't much feel like promoting anyone source i'l refrain for now. Also, as you may have guessed I do not take a daily multivitamin though if anyone has a recommendation for one that has superior availability I might try another at some point in the future.
