This stack is for a ~40 year old woman. Her MS is pretty mild and I hope it stays that way with the help of prescription drugs and supplements. My own knowledge is very limited in this area and I hope here are people who know more about this. I'm very grateful for all advice.

The main goals of this stack are:

  • Provide antioxidant support
  • Protect the brain & aid in remyelination
  • Reduce fatigue and improve energy

So far the stack looks like this:

  • Vitamin D3, 5000 IU
  • Methyl B12, 2500µg
  • Niacinamide (B3), 500mg
  • Thorne Research, Basic B Complex, 60 Veggie Caps, 1 capsule
  • Lion's Mane, 4g
  • Acetyl-L-carnitine, 1000mg
  • Q10, 100mg
  • EGCG, 1200mg (50% EGCG)
  • Fish oil (2000mg EPA, 1000mg DHA)
  • Astaxanthin, 12mg
  • Spirulina

I tried to avoid "experimental" supplements due to my lack of knowledge and because I don't want to cause her any side effects.

These are things that are known to cause MS in some people:  artificial sweeteners, sodas, acidic food and drinks including things containing citric acid, wheat, glutinous grains, and for some people certain food additives.  For a few people a few otherwise healthy things can attack their myelin such as green tea, turmeric, large doses of bromelain.  That is more rare.  I would look into diets that eliminate artificial sweeteners, wheat, gluten, sodas and acids.
