So I want quick acting gentle, yet noticeable, stimulation, the longer lasting the better. I have an idea of what I want to try, but need advice on dosing. Right off the bat:
- Powdered Sencha - 0.5 tsp (well tolerated).
- L-Theanine - amount?
- CDP Choline - amount?
- n-acetyl Tyrosine - amount?
- SAM-e - 400mg ?
- Rhodiola Rosea Extract Standardized (rosavin or salidroside?) - amount?
I may want to make two different supplements and cycle them weekly.
Price is also a factor and I the more evidence of efficacy + safety the better, not to keen to try the latest NS45-b4-XYZd-gamma. Thoughts?
