So I want quick acting gentle, yet noticeable, stimulation, the longer lasting the better. I have an idea of what I want to try, but need advice on dosing. Right off the bat:

  1. Powdered Sencha - 0.5 tsp (well tolerated).
  2. L-Theanine - amount?
  3. CDP Choline - amount?
  4. n-acetyl Tyrosine - amount?
  5. SAM-e - 400mg ?
  6. Rhodiola Rosea Extract Standardized (rosavin or salidroside?) - amount?

I may want to make two different supplements and cycle them weekly.

Price is also a factor and I the more evidence of efficacy + safety the better, not to keen to try the latest NS45-b4-XYZd-gamma. Thoughts?

Here's a complete suggestions:

 

Fresh ginger - Fermented Ginger Ale Base "Ginger Bug" - 100g (probiotics + small amount of sugar + ginger, can potentially impart some fiz)
Powdered Sencha - 0.5 tsp (well tolerated).
CDP Choline - 500mg
n-acetyl Tyrosine - 500mg
SAM-e - 400mg
Rhodiola Rosea Extract Standardized (rosavin or salidroside?) - 300mg
Maca Powder - 2 tbsp
Water 400g
