My wife is going through "hell"...She seems to get hot flashes especially at night throughout the night, but they can hit at any time.

She is looking for something natural, but is getting desperate to try anything.

Thanks.

Fenugreek sprout tea would probably work. Sprout the fenugreek seeds in a jar (takes around 2 days), then boil them for 5 minutes, let cool, strain.

The downside (?) is that it grows breast tissue, so if she does try it, she might want to take DIM as well. Don't know if it is any safer than bioidentical HRT.

Bioidentical HRT carry a breast cancer risk. I'd look into soy isoflavones, which have a 25-fold preferential affinity for the ER-beta receptor.
