I have a standardized exam in two months and my short term memory is a huge problem for me. I think if I can increase my short term memory, then my exam scores will go wayyy up because most of the answers are in the passages that I will read. For example, if you guys have taken the SAT or ACT, the reading passages that you do will be identical to the exam that I have in two months. I need something that will help my short term comprehension and memory! PLEASE HELP.

As of now my stack is: CILTEP +MAGTEC+Caffeine with L-theonine.

Any suggestions? I was thinking of these to take:

1. PRL-8-53

2. Rhodiola rosea

3.Spanish Sage

4. ACLAR

5. ALpha Lipoic Acid

6. Bacopa

8. Lions Mane

any others?

If anyone could help me out, I would really apprecaite it truely. Thanks in advance you guys!

you could try 5 grams piracetam, every 3 hours. prl-8-53 is an interesting one, but there are not even many anecdotes to back up its efficacy. daily exercise is important for hippocampal neurogenesis and warding off brain fog. more important than anything else, take lots of practice tests..
