Had some sleep issues too, so maybe that's to blame. Exam stress.

I'm curious to know why you're taking iron; what are your ferritin levels?

What type of curcumin are you taking, and how much?

I have a suspicion that for people with low iron reserves, curcumin taken over a long period might cause some problems (including mild cognitive problems) due to its potent iron chelating properties.

I (like many here) get some hint of fatigue when I take B-50 tablets. I'm sure it's not the niacin (or the B6, B12 in my case), cause I take those seperately, too. Yet there is still no consensus about the reason for this "phenomenon".

So maybe skip the B5 for a week or so?

  • 50mg zinc
  • 200mcg selenium
  • 225 mcg kelp iodine
  • floradix iron
  • b12
  • magnesium citrate
  • vitamin k2
  • melatonin

Supplementing with most of these is a waste. In addition, selenium is known to increase the probability of cancer, so i'd take that out. And melatonin could be causing the fog depending on dosgae. If you're taking more than 2 mg of melatonin for long periods of time, that could be the case. B12 is not really necessary if you eat meat or dont have a deficiency.

Not sure of the point of iodine. You going to chernobyl anytime soon?

Mag should be ok. What's the point of k2 though? Do you not get enough from your diet?

Also why zinc supplement?
