I'm working on a focus/concentration stack and am trying to find a source of increased energy with an anxiolytic effect and SAMe comes to mind. I see people having good experiences with a 200mg dosage. Generally it seems SAMe is used for drepression/anxiety but I see suggestions that it may be useful in treating ADHD.

Can anyone speak from experience on the effects it has on the mind?

It is miraculous at first, then subsides to helpful after a few weeks. I take tmg instead because it is cheaper and feels better. Better energy levels, goes great with alpha gpc. The two have helped me become more extroverted.

The increase in neurotransmitters will lead to down regulation of receptors, so combine them with magnesium and omega 3s to mitigate this.

Interesting, I've never tried TMG. Didn't know it was good for energy. What does it feel like and what dose do you use?

I've ben taking ALCAR, Artichoke, Forskolin, Bacopa, NALT, Alpha GPC, phenylalanine, Huperzine and B6, which has been great for my focus level. But I need something to keep my afternoon energy up.
