I'm trying to create stack. Is there anything redundant, or unnecessary in this stack? I have tried researching contradictions in my stack and I keep hitting dead ends trying to gather information on the supplements listed:

Breakfast: work

Gingko biloba 250mg

Piracetam 1000mg *alternate with suniferam from day to day*

Noopept 30mg

Centrophenoxine 300mg *alternate with colouracetam from day to day*

Adrafinil 250mg

Lunch: work

Creatine monohydrate 2000mg

Omega-3 1200mg

Dinner: school

Aniracetam 500-1000mg

Phenypiracetam 100mg

Gingko biloba 250mg

oxiracetam 250-500mg

I detox on weekends lol only green tea, water, and food. Will this stack help in the long run? Should I or can I add 5-htp only on weekends or should I try taking l-tyrosine everyday for dopamine? I tend to get really depressed with work and school. I'd like to lower my stress level if anyone knows a good safe way to do so! All help and comments would be greatly appreciated! Is CILTEP an option if I take at "lunch"? I know it's a lot ta questions but all my online research is getting me no where:/ examine dot com has me doing doing back flips running in circles
