Hello everyone,

I first heard of nootropics a few days ago and decided to purchase a grocery list of products after doing some research. I figured that I would experiment with various nootropics and popular stacks so that I could record some data for the community to show my appreciation for any guidance and advice.

To start off, I am 23, male, 180 lbs, and i will be starting medical school this August. Throughout college I have been an avid caffeine junkie and vyvanse user and am looking for a safer and more long term option to help with concentration, focus, and improve my cognitive functioning.

I always find that bulleting information is easier on the eyes so I will inform you all of my wants and needs from experimenting with nootropics, current nutritional usage, as well as what nootropics i purchased and plan on taking.

I currently take the following supplements daily:

 -Multi-vitamin

 -Calcium/Vitamin D-3/ Zinc/ Magnesium supplement

 -Fish oil

 -Vitamin B Complex

 -Superfood Green Supplement

 -Probiotic

 -Ginkgo Biloba

 -Ginseng Complex

The nootropics i purchased and will be experimenting with:

 -Nootropic Sampler

   - Noopept

   -Aniracetam

   -Oxiracetam

   -Pramiracetam

   -Phenylpiracetam

 -Alpha GPC

 -Choline Bitartrate

 -NALT (N-Acetly L-Tyrosine)

 -Phenibut

I also purchased the ingredients to experiment with popular pre-made stacks such as:

 -L-Theanine and Caffeine

 -CILTEP

   -Artichoke Extract

   -Forsklin

   -ALCAR (Acetyl L-Carnitine)

   -Phenylalanine

Some other products that I have researched after purchasing the aforementioned and plan on eventually experimenting with are:

-Sulbutiamine, Vinpocetine, Huperzine-A, DMAE, Galantamine, Creatine, and Sunifiram.

My goals are to improve my ability to quickly learn new and complex material, to better recall that learned information on test day, and to increase my focus and concentration in class and when studying.

I plan on experimenting with the nootropics above individually and as a stack (any advice?) to see what works best for me. I will be keeping a journal to track my day-to-day discoveries in addition to tracking my progress with exercises such as Quantified Mind and/or Dual N-Back.

Any guidance, advice, or comments is very much appreciated. I am most curious as to which products work well together to meet my goals? Which products should not be taken together? Also, are any of the products i mentioned not meant to be taken daily provided I will only be consuming the stack only on weekdays?

Thank you again for taking the time to read this. I will be posting any interesting information that I find when experimenting with nootropics. Good luck to everyone with their own nootropic journeys.
