Hello all, after being a long-time lurker, I am very thrilled to finally be a registered part of this community! A little about me: I'm 34, male, college grad and graphic designer living in Montana.

Every day for the past few months I've been getting brain fog right around 2 pm. I think it may have something to do with my morning stack.

**Morning (7 am):**

Adderall - 10mg

NOW Green Tea Extract - 400mg (contains only around 18mg of caffeine)

Fish Oil - 1g

D3 - 2000 IU

Ashwagandha - 450mg

**Evening (8 or 9pm):**

Noopept - 10mg

Magnesium - 400mg (Brain fog started *before* this was added to stack)

---TRIAL AND ERROR---

Over the course of a few week, I experimented by taking each of the supplements out of the stack, to see what was causing the fog. The only thing that made a difference was when I removed the Ashwagandha. However, I've never heard of Ash causing brain fog, is this possible? Is it possibly something else?

Open to suggestions.

My guess would be the adderall wearing off around that time. Is it IR or XR?
