I have suffered with social anxiety, low self-esteem, concentration issues, and odd tremors for awhile. At one point my anxiety was completely gone. However, I started socially smoking cigarettes, which led to a 6 month addiction, which I completely ended 3 months ago. After quitting, I suffered from tremors, which happened even if I was not nervous at all. I smoked pot heavily for a year or two, five years ago. Who really knows what was put in the marijuana, I also heard that marijuana can contain heavy metals, and other chemicals, especially since it was not from medical sources. On top of this, I use to consume massive amounts of seafood products when I was a kid. Recently, I have been ingesting chlorella, and many of my issues have resolved, or have massively lowered in degrees. I am on no other supplements, other then chlorella, lions mane, and occasionally l-theanine. Is it possible that I may have had high levels of metals from cigarettes, marijuana, and heavy seafood consumption, is it possible for these things to contain metal that can stay in the body for long periods of time?

I can not answer your question. But how much chlorella are you consuming per day?

Hard to say, dude.  If you were really curious, you could clip some hair that grew out before you started taking it and test for metals.  Then, test hair again as "clean" hair grows out.

I have noticed that chlorella really benefits my gut health at a dosage of 4-5g/day, usually taken in divided doses with meals.  Gut health is closely tied to brain/psychological health, so perhaps that partly explains what's happening...

Interesting. I am taking only split doses that total up to 500mg a day.

500mgs is not much.  Try multiple grams on an empty stomach two or three times a day and report back.

Whatever you're noticing is very unlikely due to your chorella intake since the dose is so small.   Typical dose is 2g minimum.

My diet is pretty low in vitamins, and I almost never go outdoors during the day. I have heard that chlorella contains vitamin d and other vitamins.. could it have been a vitamin deficiency? I will report back after increase dose.
