Just wondering how many others here get ASMR?

For those who don't know what it is check out this link:

I'd love to hear if anyone has any insight into what is going on in the brain while this is occurring?

What kind of situations do you find bring on ASMR?

During childhood, I discovered I could induce ASMR like experiences by staring at blank ceilings, gently rubbing the supraorbital notch above my eyes, and mentally visualizing myself as glowing (yes, I know it sounds ridiculous), which lead to an all over tingling sensation, from my spine down to my toes. This was particularly useful during boring church services (I'd already lost faith). I can still induce them in quiet settings but less easily than in my youth.

I only learned that others have similar experiences due to a This American Life podcast last year. The whispering and tinkling sounds that the ASMR "community" enjoy have no effect on me.
